White tea has been quoted as the most beneficial form of tea as it has three times more antioxidants than green tea. It is naturally smooth and has a mild and sweet flavour unlike other teas. Know the basics about white tea

Storing White tea

Use filtered water

Boil water and then let it cool for five minutes
At first, let the water boil for a few seconds but not at too high temperature as very hot water may scald the tea, making it bitter and sour. Now cool the water for five to eight minutes and check its temperature before you add white tea. The temperature should not be above 70ºC to 75ºC. This will ensure nature taste of white tea.
Brewing the white tea
You can use different methods such as tea infuser basket, a tea ball, or a teapot to brew the advantageous white tea.
Adding white tea
Every cup of water should have two spoons of white tea for natural taste, flavour and aroma. So if you are making three cups of white tea, you need to add six tablespoons of tea in the tea ball of teapot.
Steeping
To get that best cup of tea, there is more to white tea preparation than just ensuring the temperature of water and amount of tea. You need to steep tea for at least seven to ten minutes. First start with one to three minutes and gradually you can increase the time. Same white tea leaves can be used for steeping many cups of tea. If you are using same leaves for several cups, keep steeping between 1.5 minutes to 2 minutes for every cup.
Serving white tea
You can add milk or sugar to white tea as per your wish but it may affect its flavour thus it is advisable to have it in its primary form.
